The Guild of Property Professionals celebrates double success at The ESTAS 2026

The Guild of Property Professionals has achieved a double victory at The ESTAS 2026, winning both the prestigious Best Agency Network award and the Supplier Award for Best in Sector 2026, Agency Network as rated by agents, at the awards ceremony on Friday 16 October 2026.

The Best Agency Network award recognises the collective service standards of Guild Members, measured through verified customer reviews submitted via the ESTAS platform. The Guild's network currently holds an outstanding customer service rating of 97.1%, based on 33,060 verified end of transaction customer reviews, reflecting the commitment of its Members to delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across the UK.

The Supplier Award for Best in Sector, meanwhile, is determined by feedback from agents and recognises the support and services provided by The Guild to its independent estate agency network. Winning both awards highlights the importance The Guild places on supporting its Members while helping them maintain consistently high standards of customer service.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won both awards at The ESTAS 2026. The Best Agency Network award is a tremendous reflection of the dedication and professionalism of our Members, who work tirelessly to deliver the best possible experience for their clients. This collective award is something that the entire network can be incredibly proud of.

“Winning the Supplier Award for Best in Sector is equally significant because it reflects how our Members rate the support we provide. Our role is to empower independent agents with the tools, services, technology, training and expertise they need to compete effectively, grow their businesses and deliver outstanding results for their clients. These two awards recognise both sides of what we do and reinforce our commitment to the success of our network.”

The Guild's success extended well beyond the network awards, with Guild Members receiving a host of ESTAS accolades in recognition of their individual achievements. Members were among those recognised with gold, silver and bronze awards, alongside county, regional and Best in Postcode awards, celebrating excellence in customer service in communities across the country.

McKenzie added: “It is fantastic to see so many Guild Members recognised at The ESTAS. These awards are particularly meaningful because they are based on customer feedback at the end of the moving experience, reflecting the encounters of people who have entrusted agents with one of the most important transactions of their lives.

“Property professionals continue to operate in a demanding environment, making the commitment shown by our Members to their customers all the more impressive. Their achievements demonstrate the value of building relationships, communicating well and putting clients first. We congratulate every Guild Member who received recognition this year.”

The ESTAS celebrates the property professionals who demonstrate exceptional service, with its awards determined by verified customer reviews collected at the end of the property transaction process. The awards provide consumers with an independent insight into service standards across the industry, while giving agents and suppliers an opportunity to be recognised by the people who matter most: their customers and professional peers.

Simon Brown, Founder of the ESTAS, emphasised the importance of prioritising customer service within the industry. He noted, "What we’ve created goes way beyond an annual awards ceremony. ESTAS is now a community of likeminded property professionals all focused on one mission, which is to deliver the best possible service they can to their clients. The ESTAS review and awards platform plays a vital role in building consumer trust."

The double win reinforces The Guild of Property Professionals' position as a network focused on helping independent estate agents thrive while maintaining high standards of service. With customer feedback at the heart of The ESTAS, the recognition reflects the collective efforts of Guild Members and the support provided by The Guild in helping them deliver an exceptional experience for their clients.
